Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In January 2021 Sothebys in New York held the auction Old Master Drawings, which included the work Mountain landscape with travellers by Tobias Verhaecht. Here, the upper estimate of USD 8,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 8,190.00 (€ 6,749.07). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Tobias Verhaecht achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Mountainous River Landscape With Travelers in January 2016 with an auction result of USD 87,500.00 (€ 80,779.17).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Januar 2021 führte Sothebys in New York die Auktion Old Master Drawings durch, in der auch die Arbeit Mountain landscape with travellers von Tobias Verhaecht zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 8.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 8.190,00 (€ 6.749,07) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Tobias Verhaecht erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Mountainous River Landscape With Travelers im Januar 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 87.500,00 (€ 80.779,17).
