Description
Signed Timo Solin and numbered 1/6. Green patinated and polished bronze on a green patinated base. Height 173 cm (including base), length 117 cm and width 90 cm. Founded by Magisa S.A Fundicion, Madrid, Spain. Concipated 2011. Weight ca 120 Kg. Total edition 6 + 2 EA with roman numerals. The complete edition is not yet cast.

Auction result misses estimated price range
In May 2018 a collector was able to acquire the work "På väg i solen" by Timo Solin for SEK 110,000.00 (€ 10,679.52). This price was achieved in the auction Modern Art + Design at Bukowski in Stockholm and was even below the estimate range of SEK 150,000.00 – 200,000.00 set by the auction house. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Timo Solin - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work "På väg i solen"., which sold at auction in November 2020 for SEK 260,000.00 (€ 25,416.81).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Mai 2018 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit "På väg i solen" von Timo Solin für SEK 110.000,00 (€ 10.679,52) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Modern Art + Design bei Bukowski in Stockholm erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 150.000,00 – 200.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Timo Solin mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit "På väg i solen". beobachtet, die im November 2020 für SEK 260.000,00 (€ 25.416,81) versteigert wurde.
