Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Timo Solin could be acquired at Bukowski in Stockholm in October 2018 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Rolf Schmitz Collection H056 auction, the work Figure, lying down changed hands for SEK 16,000.00 (€ 1,543.24) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 20,000.00 – 25,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Timo Solin achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "På väg i solen". in November 2020 with an auction result of SEK 260,000.00 (€ 25,416.81).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Timo Solin konnte im Oktober 2018 bei Bukowski in Stockholm für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Rolf Schmitz Collection H056 wechselte die Arbeit Figure, lying down für SEK 16.000,00 (€ 1.543,24) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 20.000,00 – 25.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Timo Solin erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "På väg i solen". im November 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 260.000,00 (€ 25.416,81).
