Here, the upper estimate of GBP 800.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 875.00 (€ 976.80). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Thomas William Bowler achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Lion'S Head And Sea Point From Green Point, Cape Of Good Hope in November 2020 with an auction result of GBP 81,250.00 (€ 90,702.42).
