In the Exploration & Travel with Visions of India auction, the work Keiskamma, Evening sold for GBP 14,100.00 (€ 23,593.61) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 7,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Thomas William Bowler - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Lion'S Head And Sea Point From Green Point, Cape Of Good Hope, which sold at auction in November 2020 for GBP 81,250.00 (€ 90,702.42).
