The work Boudoir Series - Beneath The Flower by Thomas H. C. Tan was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April 2013. It achieved a price of HKD 187,500.00 (€ 18,354.15), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 56%. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Thomas H. C. Tan; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Beyond The Hedge; Autumn Meditation (Diptych) sold at auction in April 2014 with the realized price of HKD 375,000.00 (€ 34,877.43).

Die Arbeit Boudoir Series - Beneath The Flower von Thomas H. C. Tan kam im April 2013 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 187.500,00 (€ 18.354,15) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 56%. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Thomas H. C. Tan; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Beyond The Hedge; Autumn Meditation (Diptych) im April 2014 mit dem Hammerpreis von HKD 375.000,00 (€ 34.877,43).
