The result of USD 1,500.00 (€ 1,122.84) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of USD 1,500.00 – 2,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Thomas Creswick achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The London Road A Hundred Years Ago in June 2004 with an auction result of GBP 38,240.00 (€ 56,912.57).

Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von USD 1.500,00 (€ 1.122,84) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 1.500,00 – 2.000,00.
