Auction result well in line with expectations

The price achieved of GBP 50,400.00 (€ 58,801.52) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. Admittedly, works by Thomas Blinks have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Waiting For The Guns in June 2007 with an auction result of USD 564,000.00 (€ 417,159.76).
