Auction result well in line with expectations
The work On point by Thomas Blinks was auctioned at Bonhams in London in October 2020. The price achieved of GBP 15,062.50 (€ 16,725.62) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 12,000.00 – 18,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Thomas Blinks achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Waiting For The Guns in June 2007 with an auction result of USD 564,000.00 (€ 417,159.76).
