A top price for Thomas Fransioli - as previously expected
In July 2011 Christies in New York held the auction Christie's Interiors, which included the work Still life of flowers with a bird at nightfall by Thomas Fransioli. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of USD 1,000.00 – 1,500.00, the actual price achieved of USD 1,062.50 (€ 741.04) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Still life of flowers with a bird at nightfall is the most expensive artwork by Thomas Fransioli that we have observed at auctions so far.

Im Juli 2011 führte Christies in New York die Auktion Christie's Interiors durch, in der auch die Arbeit Still life of flowers with a bird at nightfall von Thomas Fransioli zur Versteigerung kam. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von USD 1.000,00 – 1.500,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von USD 1.062,50 (€ 741,04) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen.
