Auction result well in line with expectations
In May 2007 Sothebys in Olympia held the auction British & Continental Pictures including Greek Art, which included the work Still Life Of Fruit With Chaffinch by Theude Grönland. The price achieved of GBP 4,200.00 (€ 6,180.58) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Other works by Theude Grönland have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in January 2013 the work Poppies, Tulips And Roses In A Vase By Strawberries And Grapes On A Wooden Shelf was auctioned for GBP 8,125.00 (€ 9,483.95).

Im Mai 2007 führte Sothebys in Olympia die Auktion British & Continental Pictures including Greek Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Still Life Of Fruit With Chaffinch von Theude Grönland zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 4.200,00 (€ 6.180,58) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben worden.
