Auction result misses estimated price range
In November 2010 a collector was able to acquire the work A riverside village with a windmill by Dirk Verrijk for GBP 750.00 (€ 896.25). This price was achieved in the auction The Collection of the Late John Appleby: A Channel Island Treasure House at Christies in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 1,000.00 – 1,500.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Dirk Verrijk have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work A Pair Of Views Of The Castle Of Loenersloot in July 2010 with an auction result of GBP 5,625.00 (€ 6,763.43).

Im November 2010 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit A riverside village with a windmill von Dirk Verrijk für GBP 750,00 (€ 896,25) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion The Collection of the Late John Appleby: A Channel Island Treasure House bei Christies in London erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 1.000,00 – 1.500,00.
