This artwork by Dirk Verrijk achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in London in December 2018. In the Old Master Works on Paper: Prints and Drawings for under £5,000 auction, the work A view along the Singelgracht, with the Utrechtsepoort to the right, Amsterdam sold for GBP 2,750.00 (€ 3,063.74) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 1,500.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Dirk Verrijk - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work A Pair Of Views Of The Castle Of Loenersloot, which sold at auction in July 2010 for GBP 5,625.00 (€ 6,763.43).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Dirk Verrijk erzielte im Dezember 2018 bei Christies in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Old Master Works on Paper: Prints and Drawings for under £5,000 wurde die Arbeit A view along the Singelgracht, with the Utrechtsepoort to the right, Amsterdam für GBP 2.750,00 (€ 3.063,74) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 1.500,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Dirk Verrijk mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit A Pair Of Views Of The Castle Of Loenersloot beobachtet, die im Juli 2010 für GBP 5.625,00 (€ 6.763,43) versteigert wurde.
