Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Fighting Fish by Thavorn Ko-Udomvit was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in November 2010. It achieved a price of HKD 23,750.00 (€ 2,346.58), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 19%. Admittedly, works by Thavorn Ko-Udomvit have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Life...Still Life No.2 in April 2013 with an auction result of HKD 162,500.00 (€ 15,906.93).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Fighting Fish von Thavorn Ko-Udomvit kam im November 2010 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 23.750,00 (€ 2.346,58) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 19%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Thavorn Ko-Udomvit auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Life...Still Life No.2 im April 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 162.500,00 (€ 15.906,93).
