Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Port avec bateaux by Thanos Tsingos was sold in the The Greek Sale auction at Bonhams in Paris in May 2021. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 14,025.00 17% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Thanos Tsingos have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Greek Flowers On A Blue Background in November 2009 with an auction result of GBP 73,250.00 (€ 80,162.68).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Port avec bateaux von Thanos Tsingos wurde im Mai 2021 in der Auktion The Greek Sale bei Bonhams in Paris versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 14.025,00 und damit 17% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Thanos Tsingos auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Greek Flowers On A Blue Background im November 2009 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 73.250,00 (€ 80.162,68).
