Sold at the lower estimate price
The work Landscape by Tang Yunyu was sold in the 20th Century Chinese Art auction at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2011. The result of HKD 100,000.00 (€ 9,234.96) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of HKD 100,000.00 – 150,000.00. Admittedly, works by Tang Yunyu have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Reclining Nude on a Green Couch in November 2012 with an auction result of HKD 402,500.00 (€ 39,909.68).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Die Arbeit Landscape von Tang Yunyu wurde im Oktober 2011 in der Auktion 20th Century Chinese Art bei Sothebys in Hong Kong versteigert. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von HKD 100.000,00 (€ 9.234,96) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 100.000,00 – 150.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Tang Yunyu auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Reclining Nude on a Green Couch im November 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 402.500,00 (€ 39.909,68).
