Upper estimate price exceeded by 92 %.
This artwork by Tang Yifen achieved an unexpectedly high price at POLY in November this year. In the Paintings preserved by significant Hong Kong collectors III auction, the work Scholar In Pavilion sold for HKD 19,200.00 (€ 2,253.03) - well above the upper estimate of HKD 10,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Tang Yifen achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Jiao Shan Landscape in May 2016 with an auction result of HKD 2,240,000.00 (€ 258,902.56).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 92 % übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Tang Yifen erzielte im November diesen Jahres bei POLY einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Paintings preserved by significant Hong Kong collectors III wurde die Arbeit Scholar In Pavilion für HKD 19.200,00 (€ 2.253,03) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 10.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Tang Yifen erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Jiao Shan Landscape im Mai 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 2.240.000,00 (€ 258.902,56).
