Sold at the lower estimate price
In December 2018 Il Ponte held the auction Arte Moderna e Contemporanea, which included the work Fauni by Tancredi. The result of EUR 4,000.00 was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Tancredi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Omaggio a Debussy (Il cielo la terra e l’acqua) in October this year with an auction result of EUR 730,800.00.
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Im Dezember 2018 führte Il Ponte die Auktion Arte Moderna e Contemporanea durch, in der auch die Arbeit Fauni von Tancredi zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von EUR 4.000,00 entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 4.000,00 – 6.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Tancredi erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Omaggio a Debussy (Il cielo la terra e l’acqua) im Oktober diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 730.800,00.
