Auction result well in line with expectations
In April last year Sothebys in Milan held the auction Contemporary Auction, which included the work Senza titolo by Tancredi. The price achieved of EUR 107,100.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 80,000.00 – 120,000.00. Admittedly, works by Tancredi have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Omaggio a Debussy (Il cielo la terra e l’acqua) in October this year with an auction result of EUR 730,800.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im April letzten Jahres führte Sothebys in Mailand die Auktion Contemporary Auction durch, in der auch die Arbeit Senza titolo von Tancredi zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 107.100,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 80.000,00 – 120.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Tancredi auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Omaggio a Debussy (Il cielo la terra e l’acqua) im Oktober diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 730.800,00.
