Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Untitled (Leaf) by Talha Rathore was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in November 2007. The price achieved of HKD 31,250.00 (€ 2,731.82) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 25,000.00 – 40,000.00. Admittedly, works by Talha Rathore have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work without title in May 2007 with an auction result of GBP 7,800.00 (€ 11,478.23).

Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 31.250,00 (€ 2.731,82) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 25.000,00 – 40.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Talha Rathore auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit ohne Titel im Mai 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 7.800,00 (€ 11.478,23).
