Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Takashi Yanase could be acquired at Christies in New York in October this year for an unexpectedly low price. In the No Regrets: 20th/21st Century Art Online auction, the work Anpanman and Baikinman Signed by Takashi Yanase (Painted on Both Sides) changed hands for HKD 56,700.00 (€ 6,856.79) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of HKD 120,000.00 – 240,000.00. Admittedly, works by Takashi Yanase have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Anpanman Signed By Takashi Yanase (2 Works) in October 2019 with an auction result of HKD 275,000.00 (€ 31,432.09).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Takashi Yanase konnte im Oktober diesen Jahres bei Christies in New York für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion No Regrets: 20th/21st Century Art Online wechselte die Arbeit Anpanman and Baikinman Signed by Takashi Yanase (Painted on Both Sides) für HKD 56.700,00 (€ 6.856,79) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 120.000,00 – 240.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Takashi Yanase auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Anpanman Signed By Takashi Yanase (2 Works) im Oktober 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 275.000,00 (€ 31.432,09).
