Auction result well in line with expectations

In May 2020 Sothebys in Hong Kong held the auction Contemporary Showcase: Manga, which included the work Anpanman And Baikinman Signed By Takashi Yanase (Painted On Both Sides) by Takashi Yanase. It changed hands for a price of HKD 75,000.00 (€ 8,717.79) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 60,000.00 – 80,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Takashi Yanase - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Anpanman Signed By Takashi Yanase (2 Works), which sold at auction in October 2019 for HKD 275,000.00 (€ 31,432.09).

Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen

Im Mai 2020 führte Sothebys in Hong Kong die Auktion Contemporary Showcase: Manga durch, in der auch die Arbeit Anpanman And Baikinman Signed By Takashi Yanase (Painted On Both Sides) von Takashi Yanase zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von HKD 75.000,00 (€ 8.717,79) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 60.000,00 – 80.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Takashi Yanase mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Anpanman Signed By Takashi Yanase (2 Works) beobachtet, die im Oktober 2019 für HKD 275.000,00 (€ 31.432,09) versteigert wurde.
