Auction result well in line with expectations
In June this year Sothebys in Zurich held the auction Modern & Contemporary Auction, which included the work Concetto Spaziale, 1995 by Sylvie Fleury. The price achieved of CHF 10,080 (€ 10,082) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been given by the auction house as CHF 8,000 - 12,000. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Sylvie Fleury achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work in May 2017 with an auction result of USD 162,500 (€ 144,624).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni diesen Jahres führte Sothebys in Zürich die Auktion Modern & Contemporary Auction durch, in der auch die Arbeit Concetto Spaziale, 1995 von Sylvie Fleury zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von CHF 10.080 (€ 10.082) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit CHF 8.000 – 12.000 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Sylvie Fleury erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit im Mai 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 162.500 (€ 144.624).
