Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work "Vit konturfigur" by Sven Jonson was sold in the Modern Art + Design auction at Bukowski in Stockholm in May last year. Here, the upper estimate of SEK 125,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for SEK 140,000.00 (€ 13,359.43). Admittedly, works by Sven Jonson have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work "Vit urna/No.8" in November 2020 with an auction result of SEK 1,100,000.00 (€ 107,532.64).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit "Vit konturfigur" von Sven Jonson wurde im Mai letzten Jahres in der Auktion Modern Art + Design bei Bukowski in Stockholm versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von SEK 125.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für SEK 140.000,00 (€ 13.359,43) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Sven Jonson auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit "Vit urna/No.8" im November 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 1.100.000,00 (€ 107.532,64).
