Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Sven Jonson achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bukowski in Stockholm in May last year. In the Modern Art + Design auction, the work Composition with vase in window sold for SEK 46,000.00 (€ 4,389.53) - well above the upper estimate of SEK 18,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Sven Jonson achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Vit urna/No.8" in November 2020 with an auction result of SEK 1,100,000.00 (€ 107,532.64).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Sven Jonson erzielte im Mai letzten Jahres bei Bukowski in Stockholm einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Modern Art + Design wurde die Arbeit Composition with vase in window für SEK 46.000,00 (€ 4.389,53) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von SEK 18.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Sven Jonson erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Vit urna/No.8" im November 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 1.100.000,00 (€ 107.532,64).
