Auction result misses estimated price range
In March 2012 a collector was able to acquire the work Landscape by Suzuki Kiitsu for USD 5,000.00 (€ 3,749.81). This price was achieved in the auction Japanese and Korean Art at Christies in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 6,000.00 – 8,000.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Suzuki Kiitsu have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Flowers of The Four Seasons in March 2005 with an auction result of USD 45,600.00 (€ 35,160.77).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im März 2012 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Landscape von Suzuki Kiitsu für USD 5.000,00 (€ 3.749,81) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Japanese and Korean Art bei Christies in New York erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 6.000,00 – 8.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Suzuki Kiitsu auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Flowers of The Four Seasons im März 2005 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 45.600,00 (€ 35.160,77).
