Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Grapevine by Suzuki Kiitsu was auctioned at Christies in London in November 2003. It changed hands for a price of GBP 478.00 (€ 686.18) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 400.00 – 500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Suzuki Kiitsu achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Flowers of The Four Seasons in March 2005 with an auction result of USD 45,600.00 (€ 35,160.77).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Grapevine von Suzuki Kiitsu kam im November 2003 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 478,00 (€ 686,18) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 400,00 – 500,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Suzuki Kiitsu erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Flowers of The Four Seasons im März 2005 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 45.600,00 (€ 35.160,77).
