Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Aquí by Susy Gómez was auctioned at Sothebys in Milan in April 2011. It changed hands for a price of EUR 1,875.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 1,500.00 – 2,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Susy Gómez achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Asiente A Ello in October 2008 with an auction result of EUR 29,800.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Aquí von Susy Gómez kam im April 2011 bei Sothebys in Mailand zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 1.875,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 1.500,00 – 2.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Susy Gómez erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Asiente A Ello im Oktober 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 29.800,00.
