Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Super Future Kid achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bonhams in Hong Kong in April 2021. In the Contemporary Art auction, the work Chris P. Bacon sold for HKD 127,500.00 (€ 13,650.87) - well above the upper estimate of HKD 60,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Super Future Kid - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Bavarian Bromeister, which sold at auction in December 2021 for HKD 250,000.00 (€ 28,317.72).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Super Future Kid erzielte im April 2021 bei Bonhams in Hong Kong einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Contemporary Art wurde die Arbeit Chris P. Bacon für HKD 127.500,00 (€ 13.650,87) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 60.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Super Future Kid mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Bavarian Bromeister beobachtet, die im Dezember 2021 für HKD 250.000,00 (€ 28.317,72) versteigert wurde.
