The work An Extended Guide to the Afterlife by Super Future Kid was worth HKD 165,000.00 (€ 18,353.96) to a buyer in October 2021. This price was achieved in the auction Add to cARTModern & Contemporary Art Online at Bonhams and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of HKD 40,000.00 many times over. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Super Future Kid; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Bavarian Bromeister sold at auction in December 2021 with the realized price of HKD 250,000.00 (€ 28,317.72).
