Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Untitled (Nude) by Sunil Madhav Sen was sold in the Modern & Contemporary South Asian Art auction at Sothebys in London in October 2021. The price achieved of GBP 1,260.00 (€ 1,492.76) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 1,000.00 – 2,000.00. Other works by Sunil Madhav Sen have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in March 2016 the work A Man With A Drum was auctioned for USD 2,750.00 (€ 2,414.40).
