The work Birds and Blossoms by Sun Yi was sold in the Fine Chinese Classical Paintings and Calligraphy auction at Christies in Hong Kong in November 2021. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 75,000.00 (€ 8,339.24), 25% above the upper estimate. Other works by Sun Yi have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of HKD 93,750.00 (€ 11,032.43) in October 2016 for the work Pheasant.

Die Arbeit Birds and Blossoms von Sun Yi wurde im November 2021 in der Auktion Fine Chinese Classical Paintings and Calligraphy bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 75.000,00 (€ 8.339,24) und damit 25% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Andere Arbeiten von Sun Yi haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von HKD 93.750,00 (€ 11.032,43) im Oktober 2016 für die Arbeit Pheasant beobachtet.
