In the Contemporary Art Asia: China, Korea, Japan auction, the work Inside And Outside Room (Triptych) sold for USD 175,000.00 (€ 123,074.76) - well above the upper estimate of USD 95,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Su Xinping - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Cheers, which sold at auction in September 2007 for USD 493,000.00 (€ 346,719.18).
