Auction result well in line with expectations
The work A Day at the Races by Stephen Mangan was sold in the Modern British and Irish Art auction at Bonhams in London in December 2020. The price achieved of GBP 5,100.00 (€ 5,697.15) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Other works by Stephen Mangan have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in April 2008 the work Green Flag was auctioned for GBP 6,875.00 (€ 8,764.65).
