Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Yarm Bridge, York by Stanley Roy Badmin was auctioned at Christies in London in December 2006. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 1,500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 1,560.00 (€ 2,315.24). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Stanley Roy Badmin achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Four Seasons in December 2007 with an auction result of GBP 34,100.00 (€ 46,336.12).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Yarm Bridge, York von Stanley Roy Badmin kam im Dezember 2006 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 1.500,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 1.560,00 (€ 2.315,24) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Stanley Roy Badmin erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Four Seasons im Dezember 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 34.100,00 (€ 46.336,12).
