The Valley sold for GBP 19,200.00 (€ 22,117.66) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 10,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Stanley Roy Badmin - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work The Four Seasons, which sold at auction in December 2007 for GBP 34,100.00 (€ 46,336.12).

Für andere Arbeiten von Stanley Roy Badmin mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit The Four Seasons beobachtet, die im Dezember 2007 für GBP 34.100,00 (€ 46.336,12) versteigert wurde.
