This artwork by Stanley Roy Badmin achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in London in May 2012. In the Christie's Interiors auction, the work Extensive highland landscape with deer in the foreground sold for GBP 2,125.00 (€ 2,647.66) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 800.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Stanley Roy Badmin achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Four Seasons in December 2007 with an auction result of GBP 34,100.00 (€ 46,336.12).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Stanley Roy Badmin erzielte im Mai 2012 bei Christies in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Christie's Interiors wurde die Arbeit Extensive highland landscape with deer in the foreground für GBP 2.125,00 (€ 2.647,66) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 800,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Stanley Roy Badmin erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Four Seasons im Dezember 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 34.100,00 (€ 46.336,12).
