In the Twentieth Century British Art auction, the work Wharfedale Looking Towards Grassington, Yorkshire sold for GBP 8,750.00 (€ 11,889.77) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 5,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Stanley Roy Badmin - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work The Four Seasons, which sold at auction in December 2007 for GBP 34,100.00 (€ 46,336.12).
