Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Stan Natchez could be acquired at Christies in New York in January 2013 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Christie's Interiors auction, the work Untitled; And A Companion Work changed hands for USD 375.00 (€ 276.06) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. Admittedly, works by Stan Natchez have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Unknown in August last year with an auction result of USD 2,167.50 (€ 2,153.50).
