Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Stan Natchez could be acquired at Christies in New York in January 2013 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Christie's Interiors auction, the work Untitled (Seated Warrior) changed hands for USD 1,875.00 (€ 1,380.30) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Other works by Stan Natchez have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in August last year by the work Unknown at USD 2,167.50 (€ 2,153.50).
