A top price for Sonia Balassanian - as previously expected
This work without title by Sonia Balassanian was sold in the Modern & Contemporary Art auction at Christies in Dubai in March 2016. It changed hands for a price of USD 37,500.00 (€ 32,923.62) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 30,000.00 – 40,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, this work without title is the most expensive artwork by Sonia Balassanian that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Sonia Balassanian wurde im März 2016 in der Auktion Modern & Contemporary Art bei Christies in Dubai versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von USD 37.500,00 (€ 32.923,62) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 30.000,00 – 40.000,00. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist dieses Werk ohne Titel das teuerste Kunstwerk von Sonia Balassanian, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
