The work Spring Habitat by Song Yuming was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2013. It achieved a price of HKD 500,000.00 (€ 49,584.23), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 25%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Song Yuming - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work A Panoramic View Of Hong Kong, which sold at auction in July last year for HKD 1,020,000.00 (€ 127,275.04).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 500.000,00 (€ 49.584,23) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 25%. Für andere Arbeiten von Song Yuming mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit A Panoramic View Of Hong Kong beobachtet, die im Juli letzten Jahres für HKD 1.020.000,00 (€ 127.275,04) versteigert wurde.
