The work Mountain Living by Song Yuming was sold in the Fine Chinese Modern Paintings auction at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2016. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 125,000.00 (€ 14,447.69), 25% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Song Yuming have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work A Panoramic View Of Hong Kong in July last year with an auction result of HKD 1,020,000.00 (€ 127,275.04).

Die Arbeit Mountain Living von Song Yuming wurde im Mai 2016 in der Auktion Fine Chinese Modern Paintings bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 125.000,00 (€ 14.447,69) und damit 25% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Song Yuming auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit A Panoramic View Of Hong Kong im Juli letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 1.020.000,00 (€ 127.275,04).
