In November 2011 Christies in Hong Kong held the auction Fine Chinese Modern Paintings, which included the work Landscape by Song Yuming. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 100,000.00 (€ 9,566.64), 67% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Song Yuming achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work A Panoramic View Of Hong Kong in July last year with an auction result of HKD 1,020,000.00 (€ 127,275.04).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 67 % übertroffen
Im November 2011 führte Christies in Hong Kong die Auktion Fine Chinese Modern Paintings durch, in der auch die Arbeit Landscape von Song Yuming zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 100.000,00 (€ 9.566,64) und damit 67% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Song Yuming erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit A Panoramic View Of Hong Kong im Juli letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 1.020.000,00 (€ 127.275,04).
