Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Autumn Mountain by Song Yuming was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2009. The price achieved of HKD 37,500.00 (€ 3,424.54) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 30,000.00 – 50,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Song Yuming achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work A Panoramic View Of Hong Kong in July last year with an auction result of HKD 1,020,000.00 (€ 127,275.04).

Die Arbeit Autumn Mountain von Song Yuming kam im Mai 2009 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 37.500,00 (€ 3.424,54) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 30.000,00 – 50.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Song Yuming erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit A Panoramic View Of Hong Kong im Juli letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 1.020.000,00 (€ 127.275,04).
