This artwork by Sohei Nishino achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in London in May 2017. In the Photographs auction, the work 'Diorama Map, London', 2010 sold for GBP 35,000.00 (€ 40,198.91) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 18,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Sohei Nishino; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Diorama Map Istanbul sold at auction in September 2020 with the realized price of GBP 68,750.00 (€ 75,808.05).

In der Auktion Photographs wurde die Arbeit 'Diorama Map, London', 2010 für GBP 35.000,00 (€ 40.198,91) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 18.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Sohei Nishino; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Diorama Map Istanbul im September 2020 mit dem Hammerpreis von GBP 68.750,00 (€ 75.808,05).
