Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Dewi Sri by Soedibio was sold in the Asian 20th Century Art (Day Sale) auction at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2013. The price achieved of HKD 81,250.00 (€ 8,057.44) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 65,000.00 – 100,000.00. Other works by Soedibio have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in May 2012 the work Gunungan (The Tree of Life) was auctioned for HKD 106,250.00 (€ 11,068.42).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Dewi Sri von Soedibio wurde im Mai 2013 in der Auktion Asian 20th Century Art (Day Sale) bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 81.250,00 (€ 8.057,44) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 65.000,00 – 100.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Soedibio konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Mai 2012 die Arbeit Gunungan (The Tree of Life) für HKD 106.250,00 (€ 11.068,42) versteigert.
