The work 'Interior' 1980 by Robin Philipson was sold in the Scottish Art auction at Bonhams in Edinburgh in May 2021. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 1,912.50 (€ 2,225.24), 28% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Robin Philipson achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Zebra, A Triptych in May 2008 with an auction result of GBP 192,500.00 (€ 244,868.41).

Die Arbeit 'Interior' 1980 von Robin Philipson wurde im Mai 2021 in der Auktion Scottish Art bei Bonhams in Edinburgh versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 1.912,50 (€ 2.225,24) und damit 28% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Robin Philipson erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Zebra, A Triptych im Mai 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 192.500,00 (€ 244.868,41).
