The work An Italian fruit stall by Frank Brangwyn was sold in the The Collection of Sir Nicholas Goodison - British Art: Innovation and Craftsmanship auction at Christies in London in May last year. It achieved a price of GBP 12,600.00 (€ 14,822.70), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 26%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Frank Brangwyn achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Fowey Harbour, Cornwall in November 2002 with an auction result of GBP 182,650.00 (€ 286,020.48).
