Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work A roemer of sweet wine on a pewter plate, with flowers and an auricular silver vase, on a draped table by Simon Luttichuys was sold in the Old Masters Day Sale auction at Christies in London in July 2019. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 30,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 32,500.00 (€ 35,682.84). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Simon Luttichuys achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work A Still Life With A Pewter Jug On Its Side, A Glass Of Ale, A Salt Cellar, A Bread Roll And Other Objects On A Table Draped In A Dark Green Cloth in January 2012 with an auction result of USD 1,986,500.00 (€ 1,521,872.37).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit A roemer of sweet wine on a pewter plate, with flowers and an auricular silver vase, on a draped table von Simon Luttichuys wurde im Juli 2019 in der Auktion Old Masters Day Sale bei Christies in London versteigert. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit A Still Life With A Pewter Jug On Its Side, A Glass Of Ale, A Salt Cellar, A Bread Roll And Other Objects On A Table Draped In A Dark Green Cloth im Januar 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 1.986.500,00 (€ 1.521.872,37).
